- Exercise during pregnancy is recommended for the overall health of the mother and the baby! Try to exercise 20 minutes a day even if you are nauseous because it will help with fatigue, depression, and stress.

- Avoid smells that cause morning sickness, such as odors from garlic, onion, and certain foods.
- Take prenatal vitamins with morning sickness to offset any vitamin lost during your pregnancy.
